Questions
Is FirstPromoter or URX better for tracking which links bring sign-ups?
Both record sign-ups with your user id and credit later sales. FirstPromoter ties them to affiliates it pays. URX gives every link a record of what it brought in. On Growth ($29 a month) you send a lead when someone signs up and a sale when they pay, and the Contacts page shows each person, the link that brought them and what they spent, with a clicks to leads to sales funnel. It doesn't pay commissions.
What happens if I pass FirstPromoter's revenue limit?
Its pricing FAQ says your account moves to the next plan tier, so tracking and commissions continue (checked 24 October 2026).
When is FirstPromoter the better choice?
When you pay affiliates commissions, especially if you bill through Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly or Braintree.
