How many images can an X post have?
Four. For a longer carousel, split it across a thread, or post all the slides on LinkedIn or Instagram, where carousels can be longer.
How do I split my text into slides?
Put --- on its own line between slides. The first line of each slide becomes its heading and the rest becomes the body. Without any --- lines, each blank-line-separated block becomes a slide.
Why 1080 x 1350?
That 4:5 portrait shape takes up the most room in a phone feed on Instagram and LinkedIn and still looks right on X.
